AstroTimer for Windows Mobile and PocketPC devices (you need a touch screen)
AstroTimer is a simple program to help you record the time of a reoccuring astronomical event such as meteors during a meteor shower, or the blinking of a star during a grazing lunar occultation. The software will record the time you touch the screen and whilst still touching the screen your audio notes, so you can touch the screen when you see a meteor and then speak into the microphone to record it's magnitude, constellation, sporadic or shower meteor and any other information. The advantage of this is you don't need to look down to write so don't miss any.

To install connect your pocketPC or Windows Mobile Phone to your computer and run the set-up file.

Included in the set-up is source code, licence and readme files these can be deleted if you are short on space, I recommend that you install to a storage card.

You will need the Microsoft .NET framework installed on your windows mobile or desktop (depending on the version you wish to use), quite often is is already installed but if not, you can install it from the links below.
